Client information for new procedures - MOBILE
Massage therapists are now able to return to work but there will be some changes in how your appointment will proceed in order to continue to prevent the spread of infection. I list below some of the changes you can expect.
Firstly, if you are experiencing any Covid‐19 symptoms, please postpone or cancel your appointment. There will be a consent form to complete regarding your exposure to Covid‐19 which must be completed and returned prior to your appointment. If you are considered a high‐risk client, it may not be possible to see you at this time but feel free to discuss this with me. I will contact you the day before your appointment to provide the Covid-19 questionnaire and I will ask you to notify me if you start to experience symptoms within the 14 days following your appointment.
Your consultation will take place via an online form, followed by a telephone call or video call if there are areas which need further discussion.
Face masks are required. Please wear your mask when I arrive and sanitise your hands prior to your treatment and afterwards. You can lower your face mask during your treatment if you are face down, you will be asked to replace your it when you sit up or turn over. It would be helpful if you could remove all jewellery prior to your treatment.
When I arrive I will be wearing personal protective equipment which includes a visor, mask, gloves and apron. I will set up the massage couch and provide the treatment. When the session is over, please leave all the linens, untouched on the couch. Please keep your mask on until I exit the premises.
It is recommended that you register for a Track and Trace app to maintain our safety. I will have a QR code available for you to scan.
Payment can be made prior to the appointment via direct bank transfer or cash payments are also accepted. If you are paying with cash, please bring the correct money and place it in the supplied envelope.
If you have any questions regarding your appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me.
